With nearly two decades of experience in software development for scientific research, Glen has worked on a wide variety of projects involving full-stack web app development, high performance computing, and machine learning. His current work focuses on building software tools for analyzing the behavior of mice through long-term observation. He has developed a suite of tools for recording and remotely monitoring mice during extended behavioral experiments, as well as software for annotating video data and training machine learning models to classify behaviors. In his spare time, Glen enjoys hiking, traveling, and is a volunteer with the MDI Search and Rescue team.

Glen left the lab in Spring of 2022 to work for an AI-self driving car company in Boston called Perceptive Automata.

Glen returned to the lab to do cool stuff in 2025!
